Curing body acne is very similar to curing any other form of acne. You just need to make the right lifestyle changes. Creams and pills do virtually nothing in regards to stubborn back acne; the only way to have completely clear skin if you are acne prone is the all natural way.
What lifestyle changes do you have to make?
For starters, if you are acne prone you will need to change your diet. Dermatologists will tell you otherwise, but it has been proven that diet plays a crucial role in the development (or lack thereof) of acne in people who are genetically pre-disposed to have it.
Avoiding any food that is considered inflammatory is the first step. Processed foods in particular are horrible for acne prone people. Also, foods that spike your insulin levels (which releases hormones into your body which cause acne) need to go as well. It isn’t necessarily what you eat, but what you don’t eat that will cure your body acne.
The next thing you need to do is get some form of exercise for 30 minutes a day minimum, and at least 4-5 times per week. Running, biking, swimming, and playing basketball are all teriffic exercises that improve circulation and remove harmful toxins through your sweat. Aerobic exercises in particular are also great at calming over-active hormones.
The last thing you need to do to get rid of body acne is supplement. I recommend 3 high quality supplements that can be found at just about any health food store. Spirulina, for one, is one of the most nutrient dense super-foods on the planet and I take it every day.
